WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. During sales, holidays and other peak periods this turnaround may be extended to 4-7 business days, but rest assured you will always have access to the dispatch time and estimated delivery time during the checkout process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep you informed about your shipment's progress.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

UK Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail services. If you opt for "standard delivery" please expect a delivery time of 3-4 business days from the dispatch date. Alternatively, if you select "express delivery" during checkout, you can anticipate a quicker delivery time of 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply at the % rate set by your country.

International orders are expected to arrive within 15 business days. Within the EU the shipping timeframe is around 5-10 business days, while for the rest of the world it may take approximately a 10-15 business days.
However, please allow up to 28 days in case of customs-related delays, which are beyond our control or prevention.

EU ECONOMY VS EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS

EU "Economy International" Delivery

Our EU Economy International delivery is facilitated through Royal Mail International Standard, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days, which is a NON-TRACKED service. In other words, you will not receive a tracking number and will not have the ability to monitor the progress of your items or determine their estimated delivery time. While this option is more cost-effective, it comes with a degree of risk. Please be aware that if you choose this shipping method, The Marvelous Candle Studio cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur during the shipping process.

EU "Express International" Delivery

Our EU Express International delivery is carried out using either Royal Mail International Tracked services or Landmark Global, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. These are both fully tracked services, which means you will have constant visibility into your parcel's location throughout its journey. From the moment of dispatch to the final delivery, you will be able to monitor the status of your package. Opting for EU tracked delivery provides peace of mind and a higher level of control over your shipment.
