Cancellations
Any cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue with your order once it arrives.
We will gladly accept returns where there is a valid reason for a product to be considered unwanted or unsatisfactory.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at marvelouscandlestudio@outlook.com. Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
To help us assess the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects.
Shipping Delays and Parcel Loss
If your parcel has not arrived after the full estimated delivery timeframe has passed, due to factors such as high-demand periods, labour strikes, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch with us.
We will do our best to help locate your parcel, provide updated tracking information where available, and keep you informed throughout the process.
If your parcel appears to be lost, we will initiate an investigation with the relevant courier or postal service. Please note that courier investigations can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the carrier's policies.
Should a parcel be confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
