Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your order once it arrives. We will gladly accept returns based upon valid reasoning for a product to be deemed unwanted/unsatisfactory. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at marvelouscandlestudio@outlook.comContact must be made within 14 days of delivery and the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we've received your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photographic evidence if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can asses the situation and tale the appropriate steps to rectify the issue.

 

Shipping Delays and Parcel Loss

If your parcel has not reached you after the full estimated shipping duration has passed, due to factors like high demand periods, labor strikes, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us. Our aim is to help locate your parcel, provide you with an updated delivery timeframe, and ensure your satisfaction.

In cases where it appears that your parcel may be lost, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will initiate the necessary procedures with the postal service to address any potentially lost parcels. It's important to note that the resolution process can take up to 30 days to complete, in accordance with courier policies. However, please rest assured that we are committed to making things right for you. You will either receive a replacement of your ordered products or be eligible for a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
