When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days.
During sales, holidays, product launches, and other peak periods, processing times may increase to 4–7 business days. Any extended processing times will be clearly displayed on our website and/or during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where applicable, this email will include tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

United Kingdom
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Express Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping
International delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
European Union
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
Rest of the World
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days.
In some cases, customs processing, local postal delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in longer delivery times. Please allow up to 28 days for international deliveries before a parcel is considered potentially lost.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
The Marvelous Candle Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
EU Economy International Delivery
Our Economy International service is designed as a lower-cost shipping option for customers within the European Union.

Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and local postal services. Where tracking is not available, delivery updates may be limited.
EU Express International Delivery
Our Express International service is shipped using fully tracked courier services, including Royal Mail International Tracked and Landmark Global.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout its journey.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at marvelouscandlestudio@outlook.com.
We will work with the courier to investigate the delay and keep you updated throughout the process.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
